Abstract:
Disclosed are a dual bevel planetary gear transmission mechanism and a handheld mixer using same, the transmission mechanism comprising a driving bevel gear (25) directly or indirectly driven by an electric motor; an inner bevel gear (28) fixedly arranged in a non-rotating manner; a bevel planetary gear carrier (27) rotatably mounted in the inner bevel gear (28); and at least two dual bevel planetary gears (26) uniformly mounted on the bevel planetary gear carrier (27) spaced apart along the circumference, wherein an upper linkage bevel gear (261) of each dual bevel planetary gear (26) meshes with the driving bevel gear (25), and a lower linkage bevel gear (262) thereof meshes with the inner bevel gear (28); and one dual bevel planetary gear (26) is used as an output gear connected to a stirring accessory (4), and an axis crossing angle α formed between an axis of the dual bevel planetary gear (26) serving as the output gear and an axis of the driving bevel gear (25) is an acute angle. The mechanism has a compact structure, a high transmission ratio, a low accessory rotation speed, and little vibration, and can perform three-dimensional stirring in a food stirring process without needing to be manually moved to adjust the stirring effect, thus achieving good stirring quality, easy and comfortable operation, and high safety.
