Abstract:
Disclosed is a dual-clutch skid device for a mirror driver of an automobile rearview mirror, comprising a lifting screw (1) and a bevel gear plate (2) which is sheathed on the lifting screw (1) and driven by an external driver to rotate. A sleeve (3) is provided between the bevel gear plate (2) and the lifting screw (1), and a plurality of gripper heads (4) are distributed in a peripheral direction of the sleeve (3) at an upper end of the sleeve (3), and protrusive teeth (4.1) matched with an external thread of the lifting screw (1) are arranged on an inner side wall of each of the gripper heads (4). The bevel gear plate (2) is in close fit with the sleeve (3), and a position-limiting mechanism for limiting the axial motion of the bevel gear plate (2) is arranged on the sleeve (3).The double-clutch skid device is able to prevent the mirror surface from over-travel fracture when the mirror surface of the automobile rearview mirror is turned to a limiting position, and further avoids a mirror surface turnover under the action of a relatively high external force.
