Embodiments of the present application belong to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a dual-connectivity communication method, and a device. The dual-connectivity communication method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal performs at least one of the following: preferentially sending a first message by means of a first path, the first message comprising an uplink RRC message or uplink data; and activating or deactivating PDCP duplication according to a preset condition.
