Abstract:
A dual-connector electric car direct current charging pile, comprising a charging pile housing, a smart controller (18), two charging interface modules, a rectification module (23), an electric leakage protection switch (17), an anti-lightning device (15), a smart meter (9), a touch screen (3), a card reader (2), an auxiliary switch power source (20), a smart monitoring module (60), an alternating current and direct current measurement and control module (13), an insulation detection module (14), a signal lamp (4), an emergency stop control switch (12), and a heat dissipating fan (19). The two charging interface modules comprise a charging connector (5), a direct current contactor (11), a fuse protector (10), and a shunt (22), a direct current charging interface DC+ of the charging connector (5) being respectively connected to the direct current conductor (11) and the fuse protector (10), the direct current charging interfaces DC- of the two charging connectors (5) being jointly connected to a shunt (22), auxiliary power supply interfaces of the charging connectors (5) respectively being connected to an auxiliary control relay (21), the charging communication interfaces of the two charging connectors (5) being connected to a communication interface of the smart controller (18) by means of a switching relay, the switching relay being able to switch conduction on the basis of the state of a corresponding charging interface connector control confirmation interface; the direct current contactor (11) and the auxiliary control relay (21) both have a control connection with the smart controller (18), the smart connector (18) being used for a switch-in acquisition interface connected to auxiliary contact points of the auxiliary control relay (21) and the direct current contactor (11).
