Abstract:
A dual flow direction middle cover glue dispensing mechanism, comprising two glue dispensing guns (2), each glue dispensing gun (2) being mounted onto the same machine frame (1) by means of a glue dispensing apparatus; the glue dispensing apparatus comprises a glue stirring tank, a glue dispensing gun shift drive mechanism (4), material pushing mechanisms (7) and a product delivery mechanism (5); the product delivery mechanism (5) is split arranged on the front side of a horizontal work platform (3) of the machine frame (1), the rear side of the horizontal work platform (3) forming a plurality of jig glue dispensing work positions (6) for placing a workpiece, a material pushing mechanism (7) for pushing a workpiece out to the product delivery mechanism (5) being arranged above each jig glue dispensing work position (6), the glue dispensing gun (2) being arranged above the jig glue dispensing work positions (6) by means of the glue dispensing gun shift drive mechanism (4), and the glue dispensing gun shift drive mechanism (4) implementing up and down stacking, assembling, and molding by means of a Y-axis moving robot arm and an X-axis moving robot arm; a control system controls the actions of the glue dispensing gun shift drive mechanism (4), the glue dispensing guns (2), the product delivery mechanism (5), and the material pushing mechanisms (7). The present glue dispensing mechanism is structurally simple and reduces labour intensity.
