Abstract:

Disclosed are a dual-frequency feed source assembly and a dual-frequency microwave antenna. The dual-frequency feed source assembly mainly comprises two wave-guide tubes arranged coaxially, and the two wave-guide tubes respectively provide two different frequency bands of microwave energy for a radiation part of a feed, so that the antenna may work in different frequency bands simultaneously. The combination of two coaxial wave-guide tubes, a reflective surface and other structures may form difference microwave antennas, such as a forward-feeding dual-frequency microwave antenna and a backward-feeding Cassegrain dual-frequency microwave antenna. In the present invention, microwave energy is fed in by means of two wave-guides, such that the antenna may work in two frequency bands simultaneously, thereby greatly expanding the application scope of a microwave antenna.
