The present invention relates to a dual-heating cooking implement, and the invention comprises: a main-body part incorporating a main-body floor plate which has an upper surface constituting a cooking surface, a heating space which is disposed in the floor surface of the main-body floor plate and is formed so as to be concave facing upwards, heat-conducting pins which are formed projecting downwards from the upper surface of the heating space, and a fastening edge formed projecting downwards on the edge of the main-body floor plate; and a bottom plate which covers the open under-part of the heating space, in a state in which the upper surface thereof makes contact with the heat-conducting pins, and in which a first fastening ridge is formed projecting on the upper part of the side surface thereof so as to constitute a multi-step structure in which the diameter of the upper part is larger than diameter of the bottom part of the side surface. By using a dual heat-transmission method involving both a direct heat-transmission method and an indirect heat-transmission method in this way, the present invention has the advantage that the temperature of the cooking surface can be kept uniform overall, and cooking can be performed under optimal temperature conditions even with a flat heating means such as an induction range.
