Title:
DUAL-LUCIFERASE REPORTER GENE DETECTION SYSTEM AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/031306
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a dual-luciferase reporter gene detection system and use thereof. The detection system comprises Gaussia luciferase, Pleuromamma xiphias luciferase, and a substrate, and the substrate is coelenterazine or a derivative thereof. Compared to other double-luciferase reporter gene detection systems, the dual-luciferase reporter gene detection system features higher signal intensities and simple reaction conditions.
