Abstract:
A dual-plunger self-rotatable oil well pump comprises a plunger and two layers of pump barrel (16, 19) around the plunger. The plunger includes at least two plunger bodies (13), the two adjacent plunger bodies (13) are screwed together through a plunger connector (15). The upper and lower ends of the plunger are orderly connected with a thruster (20,10) and a centralizing mechanism respectively. The main pump barrel (19) is coupled to a barrel thruster (26) via an upper connector. The barrel thruster (26) is connected to a pump rod joint (31) via a rotating shaft assembly (28, 29, 30). The plunger may rotate only in fixed station and the main barrel (19) may run up and down while rotating, thus the pump drains the formation fluid.
