The present invention relates to the technical field of vehicle air conditioners, and provides a dual-power compressor based on a planetary gear accelerator. The dual-power compressor based on the planetary gear accelerator comprises a compressor housing, a pulley mechanism, an end cover, a compression mechanism which is provided in the compressor housing and compresses a fluid by means of rotary motion, a sun gear rotary driving shaft connected to the compression mechanism, and a motor mechanism provided on the sun gear rotary driving shaft in a penetrating manner. The compression mechanism is connected to the motor mechanism and the pulley mechanism by means of the sun gear rotary driving shaft; the pulley mechanism is connected to the sun gear rotary driving shaft by means of the planetary gear accelerator; the pulley mechanism comprises a belt pulley and an electromagnetic clutch used for controlling the belt pulley to suction and rotate. According to the dual-power compressor based on the planetary gear accelerator in the present invention, the belt pulley and a motor share one set of scroll plates, so that on the basis of achieving two driving modes, the required displacement of the compressor and the required mounting space are reduced, and the technical effects of energy conservation and a light weight of the compressor are further achieved.
