Abstract:
A dual-protection safety valve, comprising a housing (10) and a pressure reducing bin (20). The housing (10) comprises an air inlet (11), an air outlet (12), and an air duct (13). The air duct (13) is provided with an explosion-proof rod (30) capable of moving horizontally. A first compression spring (32) for enabling the explosion-proof rod (30) to have a trend of moving left is assembled for the explosion-proof rod (30). Meanwhile, a blind hole (31) extending right is formed on a left end surface of the explosion-proof rod (30). A ventilation hole (311) is provided on a side wall of the blind hole (31), and a transition hole (131) extending upward is provided on the right of the blind hole (13). The ventilation hole (311) matches the transition hole (131). A sliding hole (14) is provided on a lower portion of the housing (10). An upper end of the sliding hole (14) is connected to a through hole (141). The upper end of the through hole (141) is in communication with the air duct (13), and an upper opening of the through hole (141) is located on a lower left side of the explosion-proof rod (30). Meanwhile, the air duct (13) is provided with a pushrod (50) capable of moving vertically. A third compression spring (51) for enabling the pushrod (50) to have a trend of moving upward is assembled for the pushrod (50), and the upper end of the pushrod (50) matches a lower opening of the through hole (141). A lower end of the pushrod (50) extends to the exterior of the housing (10). The dual-protection safety valve has the characteristic of high safety factor.
