Abstract:
A dual-side light emitting sheet-type LED automobile headlight comprising a light source (1) and a radiator (6), the substrate (2) of the radiator being high thermal-conductive ceramic, one side of the substrate (2) being welded on a metal holder (3), and the other side thereof being printed with a metal circuit for fitting with an LED chip (4) so as to surface-mount the light source (1); and both sides of the metal holder (3) are welded with the high thermal-conductive ceramic substrate (2) , and the upper surface of the high thermal-conductive ceramic substrate (2) is surface-mounted with LED lamp beads, allowing for dual-side light emission. In the dual-side light emitting sheet-type LED automobile headlight, high thermal-conductive ceramic is used as the substrate (2), which provides excellent radiating effect; the light source (1) is surface-packaged using the LED chip (4), such that the area of the light source (1) is minimal, the thickness thereof is minimal, and the light emitting positions are more concentrated at the focus of the reflecting cover (8) of the automobile headlight, which improves the light emitting efficiency of the light source (1); the radiator (6) has a structure of a narrow top and wide bottom, the narrow portion facilitating the mounting, the wide portion increasing the radiating area of the fins; the bottom portion is provided with a fan (7), which further improves the air flow rate; and a buckle (5) is designed independently for easy mounting and replacing.
