Abstract:
A dual-specificity hybrid protein for IL-17 and TNF-α, and a preparation method and uses thereof. The present dual-specificity hybrid protein for IL-17 and TNF-α is a dimer respectively comprising three structural function areas, said three structural function areas being a TNF-α receptor segment, an Fcγ segment, and an IL-17 segment. The described dual-specificity hybrid protein comprising an IL-17 receptor segment and a TNF-α receptor segment is able effectively to combine with IL-17 and/or TNFα respectively, and has excellent biological activity, specificity and stability.
