A dual-spindle drilling and tapping machine (100), the dual-spindle drilling and tapping machine (100) comprising a pair of electric spindles (10), a left spindle box (20), a right spindle box (30) and a sliding base (70); the pair of electric spindles (10) are fixed to the left spindle box (20) and the right spindle box (30) respectively, while the left spindle box (20) and the right spindle box (30) are fixed to the sliding base (70), and synchronously or separately move in a predetermined direction along the sliding base (70).
