Abstract:
A dual-tool magazine and dual-spindle traveling column machining center, a machine tool base (1) being a strip-shaped structure, the machine tool base having disposed thereon an X-axis guide rail and a workbench (6), a saddle (2) being disposed on the X-axis guide rail and being provided with a Y-axis guide rail, an upright post (3) being disposed on the Y-axis guide rail and being provided with a Z-axis guide rail, an L-shaped or U-shaped spindle seat (4) being disposed on the Z-axis guide rail, a first spindle (7) and a second spindle (8) being disposed at two sides of an end of the spindle seat, respectively, an axis line of the first spindle and an axis line of the second spindle being separated by a distance of 300 mm-450 mm, a tool magazine frame (5) being disposed at a top face of the upright post, a first tool magazine (9) and a second tool magazine (10) being disposed on the tool magazine frame by means of a first mounting shaft (11) and a second mounting shaft (12), respectively, a projection of the first mounting shaft onto the workbench being parallel to the Y axis guide rail, a projection of the second mounting shaft onto the workbench having an included angle of 30°-90° with the projection of the first mounting shaft onto the workbench, and the first tool magazine and the second tool magazine being clamp-arm type tool magazines. The present dual-tool magazine and dual-spindle traveling column machining center can improve work efficiency and machining scope, and also lower machining costs.
