Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dual-type tube vessel in which partitioning plates are arranged respectively in a tube body and in a neck portion to divide the space in the tube body into two parts and the space in the neck portion into two parts, respectively, such that each space of the tube body is filled with contents different from each other, and the contents are discharged at a predetermined ratio. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the dual-type tube vessel. The dual-type tube vessel comprises a cylindrical tube body; a neck portion formed integrally with the tube body; an S-shaped or corrugated tube body partitioning plate which is arranged within the tube body to divide the space in the tube body into two areas, and which has a width same as the length of the inner circumferential surface of the larger area of the two areas of the tube body; and a neck partitioning plate arranged within the neck portion to divide the neck portion into two areas, wherein the tube body and the tube body partitioning plate are made of one or three sheets of materials. The interior of the tube body is divided into two areas so as to enable two different contents to be injected into a single tube vessel such that the contents are not mixed together. The tube body partitioning plate is formed integrally with the single tube vessel such that the contents can be easily discharged from the tube vessel even when small pressure is applied to the tube vessel. The tube body and the tube body portioning plate are made of three sheets of laminate films of polyethylene/aluminum/polyethylene to contain a wide variety of contents. The tube body and the tube body partitioning plate are coupled integrally with the neck portion and the neck partitioning plate when the neck portion and the neck partitioning plate are integrally injection-molded, thus simplifying manufacturing processes and improving joining strength among the neck portion, the neck partitioning plate, the tube body and the tube body partitioning plate.
