Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a dual-winch disordered rope identification method and apparatus, hoisting machinery, an electronic device, a computer-readable storage medium, and a computer product. The dual-winch disordered rope identification method comprises: after each winding of a first winch, acquiring calibration data, the calibration data comprising the absolute value of a difference between an encoder sampling value of the first winch and an encoder sampling value of a second winch, the first winch and the second winch being linked; processing the calibration data according to a preset rule to obtain a processing result; when the processing result satisfies a preset condition, determining that the first winch and/or the second winch has a disordered rope. Compared with recognition of disordered ropes by sight in the prior art, embodiments of the present disclosure perform identification of disordered rope on the basis of the encoder of the first winch and the encoder of the second winch. This type of implementation means does not cause misjudgment due to visual errors or differences in light intensity. The recognition accuracy is high and the chances of misjudgment are low.
