Abstract:
A dual-wire arc welding device, comprising wire feeding mechanisms (F1, F2), a first welding wire conductive nozzle (T1), a second welding wire conductive nozzle (T2), a direct current power source (V1), a first switch (Q1) and a second switch (Q2). The wire feeding mechanisms (F1, F2) respectively feed a first welding wire (E1) and a second welding wire (E2) to the first welding wire conductive nozzle (T1) and the second welding wire conductive nozzle (T2), and the first switch (Q1) and the second switch (Q2) receive control signals and turn on sequentially, so as to control the direct current power source (V1) to sequentially power the first welding wire conductive nozzle (T1) and the second welding wire conductive nozzle (T2). The present invention also relates to a dual-wire arc welding method. The dual-wire arc welding device has a simplified structure and reduced costs.
