Abstract:
A durability testing device for a transverse moving assembly of a vehicle power seat, relating to the field of durability testing of transverse moving assemblies of vehicle seats, and comprising: a workbench (1), a box (3), an upper cover (5), and a first engaging mechanism (6). A slideway (21) is fixed on the workbench (1), the box (3) is fixed at the upper end of a sliding block (22), and a counterweight block is added into the box (3), so that the addition of a load to durability testing of the transverse moving assembly is implemented, so as to improve the reliability of a test result; moreover, the effect of adjusting the load can be achieved by changing the weight of the counterweight block, such that comprehensive test data is obtained, and the reliability of the test result is further improved; by arranging the upper cover (5) and the first engaging mechanism (6) at the upper end of the box (3), the test timing is associated with the positional state of the upper cover (5), so as to prevent the counterweight block inside the box (3) from being thrown out during a testing process; and by providing a clamping mechanism (7) and a second engaging mechanism (8) on the workbench (1), the test timing is associated with the clamping mechanism (7), thereby ensuring the stability of a durability testing process.
