Abstract:
A durable force-reducing buffer silencing lock, comprising a two-surface plate (1), a handle (2), a handle reset spring (3) and a key cylinder (4), wherein the key cylinder (4) comprises a key cylinder box (41), a baffle plate (42) having a bolt hole on the side of the key cylinder box (41), an oblique tongue (43) arranged on the key cylinder box (41), an oblique tongue pull rod (44), an oblique tongue reset spring (45), a rotating shaft (46) connected to the handle (2), and a toggle (47) and a toggle reset spring (48) that are arranged on the rotating shaft (46); a buffer device is installed in the key cylinder (4) and comprises a hydraulic cylinder (5) transversely arranged in the key cylinder box (41), a piston rod (6) arranged movably to the left and right on the hydraulic cylinder (5), a connecting frame (8) connected to the piston rod, and a buffer toggle block (7) arranged on the rotating shaft (46) and connected to the oblique tongue pull rod (44) and the connecting frame (8). When rotating along with the rotating shaft (46) under the action of a spring-back force, the buffer toggle block (7) transmits a force to the hydraulic cylinder (5) by means of the connecting frame (8) and the piston rod (6) so that the spring-back force generated by the handle reset spring (3), the oblique tongue reset spring (45) and the toggle reset spring (48) is relieved.
