Abstract:

A durable low-noise eccentric stop ball bearing, comprising an outer ring (1), and characterized in that: a stop groove (11) is formed in the outer side wall of the outer ring (1); a stop ring (3) is mounted in an inner cavity of the stop groove (11); an inner ring (2) is arranged on the inner side of the outer ring (1); a roller path (6) is formed in the inner side wall of the outer ring (1); a sliding groove (7) matching the roller path (6) is formed in the outer surface of the inner ring (2); a rolling body (9) is movably connected between the roller path (6) and the sliding groove (7); cages (8) are mounted on both the left side and the right side of the rolling body (9); first mounting grooves (10) are formed in the edges on both the left side and the right side of the inner side wall of the outer ring (1); second mounting grooves (13) matching the first mounting grooves (10) are formed in both the left side and the right side of the outer edge surface of the inner ring (2); sealing rings (12) are embedded between the first mounting grooves (10) and the second mounting grooves (13). The eccentric stop ball bearing prolongs the service life and improves the use efficiency, and it is ensured that the bearing is not affected by the working environment.
