Abstract:
A durable rotationally molded buoy having a maintenance-free float, comprising a float (1) and a light stand (3) vertically disposed on the float (1). The float (1) is rotationally molded and has a hollow structure, and the hollow structure is filled with polyurethane. The float (1) fits a float steel skeleton (9), and is externally provided with rectangular recessed reinforcement grooves (12) and internally provided with circular recessed reinforcement grooves. Equidistant concentric semi-circular anti-slip protrusions (10) are provided on the upper surface of the float (1). According to the durable rotationally molded buoy having a maintenance-free float, the float thereof is small in size and durable and does not need to be maintained frequently; moreover, equidistant concentric semi-circular anti-slip protrusions are provided on the float, thereby avoiding the potential safety hazard that a worker would easily slip down when maintaining the signal light due to water accumulated on the float.
