Abstract:
A durian mung bean cake, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts mung beans, 10-40 parts durian pulp, 3-7 parts chestnut powder, 4-10 parts glutinous rice flour, 3-8 parts kudzu root powder, 3-10 parts Chinese yam powder, 5-12 parts vegetable oil, 3-6 parts sweet potato starch, 2-9 parts honey, 4-8 parts maltose, 1-5 parts salt, and 1-5 parts matcha powder. The recipe for the durian mung bean cake is scientific and reasonable. The durian mung bean cake is made of mung beans, various grain powders and durian pulp, has a cool and smooth taste and contains the strong aroma of durian. On the other hand, durian heats while mung beans reduce internal heat. The combination of the two is good and nutritious, and may meet the food requirements of food lovers, especially durian lovers.
