Abstract:

Disclosed is a dust collecting apparatus for a vacuum cleaner. The disclosed dust collecting apparatus comprises: a centrifugal separation unit; a dust container for collecting the dust separated from the centrifugal separation unit; and a filter having a filter unit for filtering the dust contained in the air discharged from the centrifugal separation unit. The filter further includes a dust removing unit for separating the dust attached to the filter unit from the filter unit; and a dust discharge member for compulsorily moving the dust separated from the filter unit upwards from the centrifugal separation unit.
