Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of preventing at low cost and in a simple manner a filter from clogging. A dust collection device (20) for an electrically powered tool includes: a body case (21) having a device-side air discharge opening (63) and capable of being attached to the electrically powered tool; a dust box (22) having a filter (61) provided therein; a nozzle (24) provided to the body case (41) and having a suction opening (46) provided at the front end thereof; and a dust collection path extending from the suction opening (46) through the filter (61) to the device-side air discharge opening (63). The box body (55) of the dust box (22) is provided with a vibration applicator (80) for directly applying vibration to the dust box (22) by rotationally operating an operating knob (83).
