Disclosed are a dust collection station (2) and a cleaning system. The dust collection station (2) is used for collecting swept impurities of an autonomous cleaning apparatus (1); the autonomous cleaning apparatus (1) comprises a main body part (15) and a driving wheel (12) installed at the bottom of the main body part (15); a negative-pressure dust collection channel is provided in the dust collection station (2), the dust collection station (2) comprises a bearing device (21) and a lifting mechanism (24), the bearing device (21) is used for bearing the driving wheel (12), a dust collection suction port (211) in communication with the negative-pressure dust collection channel is provided in the bearing device (21), at least one side of the dust collection suction port (211) is provided with the lifting mechanism (24), and the lifting mechanism (24) protrudes out of a top surface (212) of the bearing device (21) to be used for supporting the main body part (15). Due to the fact that the main body part (15) is supported by the lifting mechanism (24), a universal wheel (13) cannot fall into the dust collection suction port (211) and become stuck.
