Abstract:
A dust collection unit, and an air purification device including the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, the dust collection unit comprises: a frame having an air inlet formed on one surface thereof, and an air outlet formed on the other surface thereof and spaced from the air inlet; a dust collection part rotating inside the frame; a first discharge part for ionizing dust particles in the air flowing in through the air inlet such that the dust particles have a first polarity; a second discharge part for electrifying the dust collection part into a second polarity, which is opposite to the first polarity; and a cleaning part for removing the dust particles attached to the dust collection part.
