Abstract:
A dust-free dry dust discharging system, comprising a dust bin, a dust discharging main pipe and a lifting type dust discharging device. The lifting type dust discharging device comprises a first spiral dust conveying machine, a second spiral dust conveying machine, and a lifting driving unit. A material feeding port of the first spiral dust conveying machine is connected to the dust discharging main pipe by means of a telescopic hose. A material discharging port of the first spiral dust conveying machine is connected to a material feeding port of the second spiral dust conveying machine. The second spiral dust conveying machine conveys dust downwards, and is combined with the first spiral dust conveying machine to form an integrated structure. The lifting driving unit is connected to the integrated structure. In the present invention, the first spiral dust conveying machine and the second spiral dust conveying machine are combined, so that secondary flying dust in the dust discharging process may be significantly reduced compared to means which rely on the free fall of dry dust for discharging dust. The dust conveying process is stable and reliable, and problems such as dry dust being blocked in pipelines may be avoided. With the effect of the lifting driving unit, dust does not overflow during dust discharging, and the environmental protection performance is ensured.
