Abstract:
A dust-proof material comprises a dust-proof layer and a fabric layer. The dust-proof layer is woven from bamboo charcoal fibers, the fabric layer is woven from warp threads and weft threads, the warp threads are braided from a mixture of hemp fibers and cotton fibers, and the weft threads are spun from a mixture of conductive fibers and spandex. The dust-proof material has conductive fibers that are capable of removing electrostatic charges due to friction on a garment surface, so that dust is less likely to accumulate on the garment; the material is made by co-spinning a large amount of cotton threads and a small amount of conductive fibers, so that a texture similar to cotton cloth is preserved and a good dust-proof effect is obtained. The material is suitable for special working environments and is dust-proof, dirt-resistant and air permeable.
