Abstract:
A dust removal device for a drawing machine for plastic woven bag production, comprising a first base (1), a second base (2), and supporting legs (3). A drawing machine body (4) is fixedly connected to the top of the first base. Mounting rods (5) are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the drawing machine body. A suction pipe (6) is fixedly connected to the tops of the mounting rods. Suction hoods (7) are fixed to and communicate with the bottom of the suction pipe. One end of the suction pipe is fixed to and communicates with an air inlet of a suction fan (8), and a shrinkage pipe (9) is fixed to and communicates with the air outlet of the suction fan. A throat pipe (10) is fixed to and communicates with one end of the shrinkage pipe. According to the dust removal device for a drawing machine for plastic woven bag production, a water pump (15) pumps water in a water tank (14) into branch pipes (17) through a dust removal water pipe (16); water flow inside the eight branch pipes enters the throat pipe (10) at a relatively fast rate, and collides with high-speed dusty gas inside the throat pipe to form fog droplets. Large particles formed by the collision of dust and the fog droplets all settle down, and then the gas is purified by means of a cyclone separator (13), so that the effect of gas purification is better and the effect of environmental protection is achieved.
