Abstract:
A dust removal device for use in ceramic production, comprising a dust removal box (1), one side of the dust removal box (1) being provided with an air suction device (2) used for absorbing dust, the air suction device (2) being connected to a dust removal plate (3) used for isolating the dust, a spraying chamber (4) being disposed on the other side of the dust removal plate (3), the spraying chamber (4) being provided with a plurality of dust spraying heads (5) facing toward the dust removal plate (3), a dust removal membrane (3-1) and a waterproof membrane (3-2) being provided on the dust removal plate (3), the spraying chamber (4) also being provided with a filter partition plate (6) used for intercepting large particles, a filter cavity (7) being disposed on the other side of the filter partition plate (6) and being connected to a machining device, and the filter cavity (7) being provided with a dust suction pipe (8) used for preventing dust backflow.
