Abstract:
A super soft high-fluffiness dust removal duster (1), comprising base layers (3, 4) and a fiber layer (2) compounded on at least one surface of the base layers (3, 4). The fiber layer (2) is compounded on the base layers (3, 4) by means of pressing point matrixes (5, 105, 205), so that the product is free of pressing lines, and the middle part of the product has no continuous partition. At the same time, all fibers in a fiber extending direction are ensured to be fixed onto the base layers (3, 4) by at least one pressing point, and some fibers are fixed onto the base layers (3, 4) by two pressing points, so that the fibers are divided into units having different lengths, and fiber bundles having different lengths are formed after the product is cut off. At the same time, a handle fixing part for fixing a handle is also formed between the base layers (3, 4) by means of the pressing point matrixes. According to the dust removal duster, the product is free of pressing lines, and the middle part of the product has no continuous partition, so that the product is very soft, the plumpness and the appearance of the product, and the utilization rate of the fibers are greatly improved; the fibers of the product can be dispersed and are very fluffy; the instantaneous pressing area of the fibers is small, and the pressing strength of the fibers is high; the dust removal effect of the product is greatly improved.
