Abstract:
A dust removal apparatus dedicated to crushing and screening devices, comprising: a mounting chassis (1), and a box-type sealed chamber (2) provided on an upper portion of the mounting chassis, wherein an opening (10) is reserved between the mounting chassis and the box-type sealed chamber, and other connection parts are all solid sound insulation layers; the box-type sealed chamber is partitioned into an equipment room (3) and a dust removal room (4) by a partition board (5), and an air flow passage (6) is provided on the partition board, wherein dust suppression generated during operation of mining equipment in the equipment room may enter the dust removal room by means of the air flow passage on the partition board, and is then filtered by means of a dust removal device and discharged in a clean form. The dust removal device has the advantages of having a compact structure, a good sealing effect, generating little noise, having a small dusting space and a significant dust suppression effect, and the like. The present invention solves the problems wherein existing mining equipment is noisy, and creates a large amount of dust and a harsh working environment, and wherein auxiliary dust removing systems have complicated pipelines, high costs, high energy consumption, and a long installation period.
