Abstract:
A dust removal system, comprising: a fixing device (1), a servo motor (2), a milling cutter (3) and a dust removal device (4); the dust removal device (4) is provided with at least one airflow channel (41) and one air intake hole (42), an opening of the airflow channel (41) being located at a first end surface of the dust removal device (4), and the airflow channel being in communication with the air inlet hole (42); the milling cutter (3) is mounted on an internal axle of the servo motor (2); the servo motor (2) with milling cutter mounted is fixed within the fixing device (1); the dust removal device (4) is sleeved on a first end of the fixing device (1), and the milling cutter (3) is exposed at the first end surface of the dust removal device (4). The present system blows air at the cutting point of the milling cutter (3) by means of the dust removal device (4), and blows the dust from splitting a board into an exhaust air channel by means of the blown airflow, realizing the goal of dust removal, increasing production efficiency and thoroughly removing dust.
