Abstract:
Disclosed is a dust treatment system for a casting workshop. The system comprises a dust collection apparatus, a dust treatment apparatus and a waste gas treatment apparatus. In the present invention, by means of a dust collection apparatus, targeted collection is performed on dust generated in each pouring workshop section, so as to collect the dust at the source, thereby greatly improving the collection effect and preventing dust from contaminating a workshop; by means of a plurality of tower plates, level-by-level removal is performed on dust in flue gas from bottom to top, so as to improve the dust removal effect; a liquid obtained after treatment with the previous tower plate flows, by means of liquid drop holes, into the next tower plate so as to be treated, thereby not only improving the utilization rate of circulating water, but also improving the dust removal effect and making a structure more rational; and by means of an adsorption system, organic pollutants in waste gas that are not completely treated by the dust treatment apparatus are adsorbed, and when adsorption is saturated, desorption can be performed by means of a desorption system, and generated high-concentration organic pollutants are combusted by means of a catalytic combustion furnace, and are finally decomposed to obtain carbon dioxide and water vapor for discharging.
