Abstract:
A dustproof cover for cutting and grinding of an angle grinder, comprising a cover body (1), wherein observation windows (2) are provided on the top surface and side surface of the cover body (1), and a rubber curtain (16) is arranged on a side surface adjacent to the observation window (2); through grooves (3) are formed at the two sides of the observation windows (2), and vertical rods (4) are arranged in the through grooves (3); a connecting rod (5) is provided between the vertical rods (4) at one end, and a handle (6) is provided between the vertical rods (4) at the other end; the connecting rods (5) are arranged on the inner side of the cover body (1), and the handles (6) are arranged on the outer side of the cover body (1); rubber strips (9) are fixed to the connecting rods (5), baffle rings (7) sleeve the vertical rods (4), and the baffle rings (7) are attached to the outer wall of the cover body (1); springs (8) are provided between the baffle rings (7) and the handles (6); a spray head (10) is provided in the cover body (1), and the spray head (10) is fixed to the inner wall of the cover body (1) by means of a transverse rod (11); the spray head (10) is controlled by a valve, and a water inlet (12) is formed in the cover body (1); the spray head (10) and the water inlet (12) communicate by means of a hose (13); magnets (14) are fixed to the lower end of the cover body (1), and an illuminating lamp (15) is fixed in the cover body (1). By using the described cover, a situation where dust flies out of two sides and harms a human body is prevented, and a cutting position may be conveniently observed. The spray head (10) and the rubber strips (9) are used for scraping and clearing dust, and the illuminating lamp (15) provides illumination, so that cutting may be facilitated. The dustproof cover is low in cost, has an obvious effect and may be popularized.
