Abstract:
A dustproof device (10) according to one embodiment of this technology includes a casing unit, a fan unit (58), sensor units (48a, 48b), and a control unit. The casing unit is capable of accommodating an image display device (20), and has a suction port (71) and an exhaust port (73) for discharging air sucked from the suction port. The fan unit is provided at the exhaust port or the suction port. The sensor units are capable of measuring a first temperature, which is the temperature of the air in the vicinity of the suction port, and a second temperature, which is the temperature of the air in the vicinity of the exhaust port, respectively. The control unit controls driving of the fan unit on the basis of the temperature difference between the first and second temperatures measured by the sensor units.
