Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Dutch coffee extracting device that can: provide sanitary Dutch coffee by extracting Dutch coffee in the state in which the device is sealed by a pressure maintaining tube, while preventing external contaminated air from being introduced into a water receiving unit, a powder receiving unit, and a liquid receiving unit; extract coffee at a constant rate by inducing water to fall smoothly by maintaining the internal pressure of a coffee maker at a constant level at all times through the pressure maintaining tube; prevent damage to the water receiving unit, the powder receiving unit, and the liquid receiving unit by allowing the water receiving unit, the powder receiving unit, and the liquid receiving unit to be slowly coupled together by the same external force through a lifting means; and extract Dutch coffee appropriate for a user's taste by adjusting the temperature of a coffee extract by circulating circulation water through a first water jacket or a second water jacket.
