Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Dutch coffee extractor allowing the sanitary and simultaneous extraction of Dutch coffee, the Dutch coffee extractor comprising: an input unit for setting a frequency and an operation time; a detection unit for measuring the weight of a container; a control unit for determining the intensity of vibration after receiving the set data by the input unit and the measured weight by the detection unit; a conversion unit for converting commercial alternating current power into a voltage corresponding to the frequency and the intensity of vibration which have been received from the control unit; and an operation unit for generating vertical vibration by means of the converted alternating current power by the conversion unit.
