Abstract:
A dye-sensitized solar battery (100) comprises a first electrode having a porous semiconductor layer (16A) supporting a dye, a second electrode that is the counter electrode of the first electrode, and an electrolyte solution (42) filled between the first electrode and second electrode. The second electrode includes a counter electrode conductor layer (28A) supporting the same dye as the dye supported on the porous semiconductor layer, and the number of moles of the dye supported on the counter electrode conductor layer (28A) is 25 to 170% of the number of moles of the dye supported on the porous conductor layer.
