Title:
DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL ELECTRODE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/158892
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a dye-sensitized solar cell electrode which involves a first step for providing a current collector wire on a conductive substrate, and a second step for producing the dye-sensitized solar cell electrode by sequentially forming, by heat treatment, thermoplastic wiring protection layers on the current collector wire such that the further each thermoplastic wiring protection layer is from the current collector wire, the lower the softening point of said thermoplastic wiring protection layer is, and such that, after the first thermoplastic wiring protection layer, each thermoplastic wiring protection layer further away from the current collector wire is heat-treated at a heat treatment temperature lower than the softening point of the thermoplastic wiring protection layer formed immediately previously.
