Title:
DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/069424
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The photocurrent of a dye-sensitized solar cell module is further improved, and a high-performance dye-sensitized solar cell is fabricated. A dye-sensitized solar cell module has at least two photoelectric converting elements each composed of a transmitting conductive layer on a translucent substrate, a porous photoelectric converting layer on which a dye is adsorbed, an electrolyte layer, a catalyst layer, and a conductive layer. In one of the photoelectric conversion elements, at least one of the order of the multilayer formation of the layers constituting the one photoelectric conversion element, the kind and composition of the material of each layer, the particle size(s) of the material(s) if the material(s) are particular, the thickness and width of each layer, the shape of each layer, the open voltage of the one photoelectric conversion element is different from that of the other photoelectric conversion element.
