Abstract:
A dying and drying device for textiles. The interior of a machine body (1) is divided into a drying chamber (12) and a heating chamber (17). A temperature sensor (11) is connected to an inner wall at the top of the drying chamber (12) by a bolt. An inner wall on one side of the drying chamber (12) is evenly provided with guide rollers (14), and heating plates (13) are symmetrically connected to an inner wall on the other side of the drying chamber (12). A scrap hopper (15) is connected to an inner wall at the bottom of the drying chamber (12) by a slide slot. Ventilation ports (16) are symmetrically provided above and below a side of the heating chamber (17). Heating wires (18) are evenly provided below the upper ventilation port (16). A fan (19) is connected to the bottom of the heating wires (18) by a bolt. A partition plate (21) is mounted below the fan (19) by a bolt. Condensing tubes are symmetrically connected to the top of the partition plate (21). An inner wall of the partition plate (21) is evenly provided with through holes (22). A waste liquid hopper (23) is connected below the partition plate (21) by a slide slot. The device has high drying efficiency, dissipates heat rapidly, and has even heat distribution.
