Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a dynamic amplifying circuit, comprising: a first driving circuit, used for receiving a first control signal and generating a first voltage signal and a second voltage signal; a second driving circuit, used for receiving the first voltage signal and the second voltage signal and generating a first driving signal; a third driving circuit, used for receiving the first control signal and the first driving signal and generating a second control signal; and a dynamic amplifier (DA), used for respectively controlling the on and off of a first control switch and a second control switch according to the first control signal and the second control signal. During a first time period, the first control signal is at a high level, and the second control signal is at a low level; during a second time period, the first control signal is at a low level, and the second control signal is at a high level; during a third time period, the first control signal is at a low level, and the second control signal is at a low level, wherein the duration of the second time period is inversely proportional to the transconductance of a transistor in a saturation region.
