Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of carbon fiber shaft roller dynamic balance adjustment, and provides a dynamic balancing counterweighting method for a carbon fiber shaft roller and a carbon fiber shaft roller. In the dynamic balancing counterweighting method for a carbon fiber shaft roller, corresponding honeycomb structures are pre-disposed in a carbon fiber shaft tube, while a counterweight fluid is simultaneously introduced into a corresponding honeycomb structure by using a micropore, thus causing little damage to and minimally affecting the strength of a shaft roller, and the angle of the counterweight being accurate. In addition, a liquid counterweight fluid has firm bonding strength and a fast curing speed, the weight of the counterweight is easy to control, and preparation is simple, thereby preventing, to the greatest extent, the performance of the shaft tube being impaired due to damage from a hole being opened in carbon fiber, and increasing the reliability of a balancing counterweight substance.
