Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dynamic damper for which the radial direction length of an elastic body is set to be long without increasing the space in the radial direction for providing the elastic body, the torsional load on the elastic body is reduced, and the relative displacement of a vibration ring is regulated. To achieve said purpose, this dynamic damper (10) is provided with a hub (20), a vibration ring (30) located on the outer circumference of the hub (20), and a pair of elastic bodies (40) made of a rubbery elastic material that are located on both sides of the vibration ring (30) in the axial direction and connect the hub (2) to the vibration ring (30). The vibration ring (30) is provided with a protrusion (32) that extends to the vicinity of the outer circumference of the hub (20). From the hub (20) to the vibration ring (30), each of the elastic bodies (40) has a shape that curves outward in the axial direction from the protrusion (32). On the surfaces of the elastic bodies (40) on the protrusion (32)-side, a projection (44) that extends toward the protrusion (32) is integrally molded and a gap (C1) is set between the protrusion (32) and the projection (44).
