Abstract:
Provided is a dynamic displacement-measuring device capable of ascertaining in detail the processing conditions, etc. that have been difficult to analyze in the past. This dynamic displacement-measuring device is provided with: a substrate (18); an object being detected (17), which can be advanced or retracted relative to the substrate; an advancement-retraction drive means (15), which drives at least either the substrate or the object being detected in at least one direction of the advance-retract direction of the substrate relative to the object being detected; an advancement-retraction position-detecting means for detecting the advancement-retraction position, which is the relative position of the substrate with respect to the object being detected in the advance-retract direction; a displacement-detecting means (19) for detecting the relative displacement of the substrate from the object being detected in a displacement direction that differs from the advance-retract direction; and a display means for displaying the relative displacement corresponding to the advance-retract position. With said dynamic displacement-measuring device, it is possible to measure the dynamic displacement of the substrate from the object being detected and by analyzing the conditions of processing by a forging machine, etc. on the basis of said measurement results, it is possible to design easily for improved productivity, stabilized product quality, etc.
