Title:
DYNAMIC FIVE-HOLE PROBE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/205507
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A dynamic five-hole probe, comprising a pressure-sensing part (1), a pressure-measuring hole transition section (2), a pressure-collecting section (3), dynamic pressure sensors (4) and soft-walled pressure-easing tubes (5), the pressure-sensing part (1) being provided with pressure-measuring holes (6), sensing a dynamic pressure component of airflow in three dimensions; the pressure-measuring hole transition section (2) transitions an inlet end surface five-hole structure into an outlet-end five-hole structure; the pressure-collecting section (3) has therein a pressure-measuring structure symmetrical about an identical center to a transition section cross-section, and pressure sensor mounting holes (8) in communication with the five pressure-measuring holes (6); the dynamic pressure sensors (4) are each mounted in a sensor mounting hole (8), and are used to measure dynamic pressure of airflow; the soft-walled pressure-easing tubes (5) are used to weaken cavity effects. The pressure sensing part (1) may have a diameter of 3 mm or less, and can ensure measurement range of airflow yaw angle and pitch angle are both no less than 30°; furthermore, the structural design of the pressure-measuring hole transition section (2) and the soft-walled pressure-easing tubes (5) effectively prevent dynamic signal distortion caused by cavity effects, ensuring dynamic frequency response of a probe.
