Abstract:
The present invention realizes an image decoding device and an image encoding device which reduce the complexity of picture quality enhancement processing. The image decoding device has an inter-prediction parameter decoding means having a process of correcting two motion vectors from an error in two predictive images and performs the process of correcting the two motion vectors when neither of the two predictive images is the case of a weighted prediction.
