Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an input unit (20) to which are input the signals of accelerometers (11-13) provided to the frame (5) of a hydraulic shovel (1); a signal processing unit (30) that performs computation processing on the signals of the accelerometers (11-13); and an output unit (40) that outputs the computation results of the signal processing unit (30). The signal processing unit (30) is provided with: a load computation unit (31) that, on the basis of the output of the accelerometers (11-13), computes a load-corresponding amount (D), which is an amount corresponding to the load incurred by the frame (5) stemming from vibrations; and a fatigue level computation unit (32a) that, as the fatigue level of the frame (5), computes the fraction that is the cumulative value of the load-corresponding amount (D) within a pre-set permitted cumulative load for the frame (5). As a result, it is possible to evaluate the dynamic load of a structure of a construction machine.
